Group Description:

Table tennis can improve hand-eye co-ordination and develop mental agility. It’s a fun and engaging way to get active that engages different parts of the brain simultaneously, increasing cognitive awareness and function. With 6.4 million people over the age of 55 currently inactive, table tennis is a perfect activity to introduce to those wishing to get active and stay that way! Building on the excellent progress made so far, this is a relaxed friendly Training Group consists of informal workshop with organised drills. This group is directly aimed at Table Tennis for Beginners and Improvers or those who desire to improve their game. The sessions will be both coach-led, instructional, with participant led practices. There will be assistance with skill development in the basics of Modern Table Tennis.

Frequency :Tuesdays for 8 sessions from Tuesday 5th May 2026 to 23rd June 2026
