The Practical Photography Group is being set up and run by Spire u3a, and is open to other u3as in the Salisbury area. There may be a nominal fee to join Spire u3a as an Associate Member, for ease of administration.

Photography is all about capturing light to create an image. We learn how to set up the camera (including mobile phone) for different circumstances, and to understand what makes a good photograph.
Meetings are normally via Zoom on 2nd Friday of each Month at 1000 to 1200. But Periodically we shall meet face to face where we can assist one another with the use of the camera.
This face to face may be after Zoom Meeting where we shall go to a location and can practice what we have been taught. Each month there will be a New Subject being taught, you will also be invited to show your images from the previous months subject. It is requested you contribute up to £5 annually at the end of November towards the Zoom Licence.
